At first, we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your holiday.This "Hotel Information" have been prepared in order to give you an opportunity to know better our facilities and the services offered during your stay. We are glad to accommodate you here.

Hotel Management

ROOM KEY CARD 
Room key cards, you have received at the reception during your check in, activate the electrical system in your room. If you want to open the door, you should show your card at the door lock. The room key card is valid until 12:00 a.m. on your departure date. After 12:00 a.m. it will be automatically disabled. Please, do not forget to give back your key cards to the reception during your checkout. Otherwise, for each missing keycard 10 € will be charged to your room account.

BRACELET 
We kindly ask you to wear arm bracelets, so you can declare that you are a guest of our facility and that you can benefit from our concept correctly. Please return your armbands to the reception on your check-out. Thank you for your understanding

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival, check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time on the day of departure is 12:00. If you want to keep your room longer, please call to the reception number at 9 / 4403 / 4404. In case of availability you can keep your room with extra fee. We also have a free comfort zone available. 

SAFE
We kindly ask you to keep your valuables in the safe deposit boxes offered free of charge in your room. Instructions for use are located in the wardrobe near the deposit box. In case of any difficulties, please call the reception at 9 /4403 / 4404.The hotel assumes no liability for valuables kept outside the safe.

ROOM CLEANING
Your room will be cleaned daily between 08:30 and 16:00. A turn-down service is offered every evening.

A’LA CARTE RESTAURANTS
There are 2 A ‘la Carte restaurants in our hotel. You have the right to use the A'la Carte restaurants once during your stay free of charge. Reservation is required. You can make the reservation through our Guest Relations (4423).

ROOM SERVICE
Dear guests, we kindly ask you to consume the food and beverage in the restaurant and at the bar area. Please do not enter the rooms with food and beverage. You can access our room service menu by scanning the QR code on the mirror under the TV, and you can reach our Guest Relations team at 4423 for your requests.

If you pay for 3 days, the 4th one is free.

ANIMATION & ACTIVITIES
You can follow the daily entertainment activities and evening programs from the animation board by the pool.

POOL, BEACH & BEACH TOWELS
There are a total of 4 pools in our facility: outdoor, indoor swimming pool, pool with slides, children's pool. There are enough sun loungers in the pool and beach area and we kindly ask you not to make a reservation.

As our pools are disinfected with chemicals from 19:00, we request you not to enter the pools after this hour.

 Please do not use room towels at the pool and beach area.

 Please dispose of your used beach towels in the dirty baskets by the beach and pool. Beach towels will be left in your room daily from 3 pm.

INTERNET
After check-in, you can use wireless Internet access (WI-FI) free of charge. Please, choose "MIRAMARE" named WLAN to log in. On the following page, you should enter your room number, date of birth and your e-mail address. If you wish, you can also benefit Turbo internet service with extra fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
•    Depending on the season opening and closing times and locations of our units may be changed by the management
•    If you have allergies to any food ingredients, please inform the guest relations. 
•    All drinks in restaurants and bars (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are served in glasses
•    We ask you not to enter the restaurants with wet or unsuitable clothing during meal times.
•    The fitness center is suitable for people aged 16 and over and only with sports shoes.
•   Please get contact with Guest service for special days, celebrations and special services (4423)
•    Alcohol is not served to guests under 18 years
•    If you want to activate the air conditioner, make sure that your balcony door is closed. 
•    You can get baby carriages free of charge at the reception.
•    You can get tennis rackets and balls at the reception.
•    According to Turkish Law No. 4207, smoking is prohibited in buildings and other fully enclosed and covered spaces.

SECURITY MEASURES

1.    Fire Safety
Fire Exits: Learn about fire exits and gathering points by checking the room door panels and TV info channel. When the fire alarm goes off, follow the exit routes and exit the building quickly.
Fire Extinguishers: Learn the location of the fire extinguishers in the hallways.
Smoke Alarms: Smoke or fire alarms will be activated in case of an emergency.

2.    Room Safety
Room Keys: Do not lose your key or share it with others. If you lose your room key, inform the hotel reception immediately.
Privacy: Keep your valuables in the hotel safe during your stay and do not share your pin code with anyone.
Room Check When Leaving: Ensure that your room door is properly closed when leaving the room.
Checking Your Belongings: If anything goes missing during your stay, contact the reception.

3.    Emergency Information
Emergency Numbers: Be sure to watch the info channel on your TV to learn emergency numbers.
Emergency Exit Plan: A fire exit and emergency guidance plan is located on the inside of your room door. Review this plan to learn how to exit in case of an emergency.
Silence During an Emergency: If an emergency occurs, follow the instructions provided by the management and try to keep noise levels to a minimum.

4.    Security Cameras
Security Cameras: Security cameras are installed in key areas of the hotel (lobbies, hallways, parking lot) to help ensure your safety.

5.    Traffic and Transportation Safety
Hotel Parking: Park your vehicle in the hotel parking area.
Taxi and Transportation Services: Use a secure taxi or a vehicle provided by the hotel. When leaving the hotel, prefer reliable and well-known transportation services.

6.    Health and Hygiene Safety
Cleaning: Ensure that the hotel maintains high hygiene standards. If you have any issues with the cleanliness of your room, notify the hotel management.
Hand Washing: Wash your hands frequently or use disinfectant in public areas.
Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, you can contact guest services or reception.

7.    Missing Guests and Security
Guest Identity Check: Make sure your identity is checked and your reservation details are accurate when checking into the hotel.
Guest Tracking: If you are traveling alone, inform the hotel staff.

8.    Night Security
Lighting: When walking at night, prefer well-lit areas.
Unauthorized Entries: If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized entry, immediately report it to hotel security or reception.

9.    General Quiet Hours
Noise in the Evening: Be mindful of noise during the hotel’s quiet hours (usually from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Avoid speaking loudly, playing loud music, or watching TV at high volumes.
Silence in Protected Areas: Keep conversations quiet in your hotel room and corridors. Respect other guests' resting time.
Be Silent When Notified: If there is a noise complaint from other guests, respect the warnings issued by hotel management.

10.    Emergencies
Complaints or Suggestions: If you experience any discomfort, contact the hotel management to provide your suggestions for resolution.
